Let's Talk Donna's Tidbits...

dinner at LaBagette, and lots of fun and music! This is the first of its kind in Collier County, so you won’t want to miss it and the opportunity to support the Friends of Collier Museums.

Our next tour is coming up shortly at the REVS Institute (you might remember reading about them in the newspaper here and there). They feature marvelous historic automobiles, many are one of a kind! It’s a fantastic tour which will be held on December 6th from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. The men especially won’t want to miss this tour. We’ve offered it a few times but were always “sold out” quickly and we promised to plan another tour again, so here it is. Most of these automobiles were owned, raced or purchased by the Collier family – great racing enthusiasts themselves and also part of our local history. I won’t be writing about this tour in the newspaper, so please send an email to Mike at Michael.Brownlee@CollierCountyFL.gov if you wish to join us (limit two per person).

The opportunity will be gobbled up quickly. We will meet at the museum. If you have problems walking or standing, it might be a little difficult unless you have a walker or cane. There is plenty of walking, lots of reading, lots of marvelous information from the docents, and some stairs but also an elevator.
