AGREEMENT REACHED REGARDING NOISE ISSUES AT CELEBRATION PARK

An agreement has been reached regarding noise complaints about the amplified music at Celebration Park, the food truck park on Bayshore Drive in East Naples. Some of the details of the agreement include limiting bands to two singers and one drum set, having two speakers for amplification but having them face down and toward the street, sound barriers must be installed, and the music has to end by 9 p.m. during the week and by 9:30 p.m. on weekends. Rebecca Maddox, the owner of Celebration Park, and the residents who live in the area are happy with a resolution after a three-year battle. "I'm going to continue every day to try to make everyone happy. That's hard," Maddox said. The case will be closed once the permit is finalized and fines are paid,
